Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager to join our growing team in the New Hampshire area. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on F&I experience, strong sales aptitude, and excellent customer service to drive dealership profitability.

You will collaborate with lenders to structure deals, finalize contracts, and monitor product penetration while training sales staff and ensuring compliant processes. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3-5 years of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products.
Menu selling experience required.
Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
Strong closing skills are necessary.
Ability to train finance and sales personnel.
Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

Selects appropriate lender, secures approval, obtains customer commitment, and finalizes delivery.
Manages placement of contracts while maximizing F&IPVR.
Assists sales desk in structuring deal.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Manages contracts in transit and ensures funding with constant communication with business office.
Tracks and monitors F&IPVR, product penetration and lender penetrations.
Participates weekly in sales meetings regarding F&IPVR training and issues.
Assists General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff.
