Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I) to join our growing team in Liberty Lake, WA. The role emphasizes selecting lenders, securing approvals, finalizing deliveries, and maximizing F&I PV while supporting the sales desk.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Finance & Insurance product experience, strong closing skills, and the ability to train finance and sales personnel. This is a full-time, on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products.
• Menu selling experience in required.
• Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
• Effective oral and written skills, good time management, and professional demeanor are required.
• Strong closing skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Selects appropriate lender, secures approval, obtains customer commitment, and finalizes delivery.
• Manages placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PV.
• Assists sales desk in structuring deal.
• Adheres to all F&I office processes and flow of contracts.
