You will select lenders, finalize deliveries, and train staff while ensuring compliance with office processes and maintaining high PVR. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• 3–5 years of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products.
• Experience with automotive F&I processes and compliance.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Selects lenders, secures approvals, and finalizes delivery.
• Manages contract placement and maximizes F&I PVR.
• Assists sales desk in structuring deals.
• Adheres to F&I office processes and contract flow.
• Tracks F&I activity and lender penetration.
• Participates in weekly F&I training and issues.
