Aloft Santa Clara, a vibrant hotel with 175 rooms and a dynamic bar and dining scene, seeks an F&B Supervisor to lead daily restaurant and bar operations. You will guide cooks, bartenders, and service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include training, inventory support, and ensuring compliance with safety and service standards, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Join a lively hospitality team within the America Center complex.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality coursework or certifications preferred.
• 1–2 years of food and beverage experience.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support daily operations of assigned F&B outlet(s).
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction targets are met.
• Monitor dining areas, bar stations, and service flow during peak periods.
• Assist with scheduling, breaks, and shift coverage as needed.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support inventory, ordering, and restocking processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
