Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a uniquely qualified hospitality leader to join our team as Food & Beverage Supervisor. You will assist the Food & Beverage Management Team in overseeing day-to-day operations across A La Carte, In-Room Dining, Southern Chop, Barrel Room, M Club & Starbucks outlets.

Responsibilities include training and supervising restaurant staff, ensuring prompt service, and maintaining brand standards while managing costs and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize, multi-task and manage priorities.
• Experience in food and beverage service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to restaurant guests.
• Train and supervise restaurant staff.
• Handle paperwork and admin duties.
• Uphold brand standards and brand policies.
• Direct service on the floor and reflect hotel culture.
• Forecast supplies and assist with ordering.
• Maintain safety programs for restaurant, employees, and guests.
