Aloft Santa Clara is seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead the Front Office team and ensure outstanding guest experiences across all touchpoints at the hotel. You will supervise Guest Services Supervisors and Agents, monitor service quality, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment near Levi's Stadium and Silicon Valley offices.

Responsibilities include training staff, resolving issues with empathy, coordinating with housekeeping, engineering and F&B, and ensuring daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years in progressive front office or guest services in a hotel.
• At least 1 year of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with hotel property management systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee guest services operations and ensure daily checklists are completed.
• Resolve guest issues with urgency and empathy; coordinate VIP arrivals and group blocks.
• Lead and train front desk staff; collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering and F&B on events.
