This role oversees the MKT, Q Kitchen and Bar outlets, and supports senior leadership in delivering remarkable experiences.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in food and beverage with at least 1 year in supervision, strong communication skills, and a polished professional presence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in food and beverage, including 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Must be able to work any shift on any day, including weekends and holidays.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidates should be extremely detail oriented, organized and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics to inspire staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates, provide direction, and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing.
• Procuring product, marketing and helping staff thrive while on duty.
• Maintain a strong floor presence and ensure the outlets (MKT, Q Kitchen and Bar) are well supplied.
• Oversee product quality and service standards across Hyatt outlets.
