Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of guest service in F&B operations.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets and staff on shift.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and discipline staff when needed.

Responsibilities

• Step in to host, bartend, serve, expo, or cover other front-of-house roles as needed.
• Assist with menu development, promotions, and beverage pricing.
• Open and close shifts and oversee side work and setup.
• Supervise staff and ensure cash handling and safety procedures.
