Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our F&B operations, oversee dining outlets, events, and service standards, and manage the F&B team to achieve guest satisfaction and financial targets.

You will partner with the General Manager on budgets, drive revenue through menu development and upselling, ensure health and safety compliance, and foster a positive, professional team culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing F&B operations in hotels or restaurants.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor the F&B team to deliver exceptional service and high-quality dining experiences
• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, and catering services, ensuring smooth workflow and standards
• Drive revenue growth through menu development, upselling, and marketing initiatives
• Monitor and control labor, food, and beverage costs to meet financial targets
• Collaborate with the General Manager on strategies, budgets, and business plans
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
