Job summary

Hyatt Regency San Antonio is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead front-of-house teams across outlets including MKT, Q Kitchen, and Bar. You will coach staff, schedule shifts, manage payroll, and ensure exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Preferred candidates will have at least 2 years of food and beverage experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Must be able to work any shift on any day, including weekends and holidays.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead other associates by coaching, giving direction and training as needed; assist with scheduling, payroll and interviewing.
• Procure products, support marketing efforts and help staff thrive on the floor.
• Maintain strong presence on the service floor and ensure outlets (MKT, Q Kitchen and Bar) meet quality standards.
• Drive overall service performance and guest satisfaction across food & beverage outlets.
