Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Food Outlet Supervisor to lead daily food outlet operations and support lodge service requirements. This role partners with the food and beverage team to ensure standards, drive guest satisfaction, and maximize profitability while supervising staff and managing scheduling and payroll.

The position requires at least one year in food-service leadership, proficiency with POS systems, and strong English communication.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a food service leadership capacity.
• Minimum 1 year experience utilizing Point-of-Sale (POS) technology.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises daily food outlet operations to ensure lodge standards and tasks are completed.
• Assists with restaurant operations, POS transactions, expediting, restocking, and staff breaks.
• Ensures outlets are clean, stocked, and compliant with safety policies.
• Coaches and recognizes Pack Members regularly.
• Collaborates with F&B leadership on performance management and guest service improvements.
• Responds to guest concerns and escalates when needed.
• Manages staff scheduling, labor forecasting, and payroll support.
• Supports inventory, reservations, and vendor interactions as part of F&B ops.
• Conducts daily audits and stand-up meetings to align on priorities.
• Provides real-time feedback and coaching to staff.
