Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Naples, FL seeks a Food Outlet Supervisor to lead daily food outlet operations, support the F&B team, and engage with guests and Pack Members to enhance their experience and profitability.

Essential duties include supervising outlets, POS handling, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and safety compliance, with emphasis on service excellence and staff development in a family resort setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a food service leadership capacity.
• Minimum of 1 year experience utilizing Point of Sale (POS) technology.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and general software systems; proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Demonstrated customer service, conflict resolution, employee engagement, retention and team building skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily food outlet operations to ensure lodge standards and task completion.
• Assists with operation of the restaurant(s); POS transactions, expediting, restocking, breaks.
• Ensures outlets are sanitized, stocked, and setup per sanitation and safety policies.
• Provides coaching, encouragement, and recognition to staff regularly.
• Partners with leadership to manage performance, scheduling, and labor forecasting.
• Performs daily audits and conducts stand up meetings to prioritize the day.
