Job summary

Pala Casino Spa Resort seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee food and beverage operations, develop menus, and craft business strategies for multiple brands. The role includes policy implementation, staff training, and ensuring service standards across venues.

Responsibilities cover concept development, financial oversight, and collaboration with senior leadership to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. Strong English communication and extensive F&B management background required.

Qualifications

• Six years’ experience in Food & Beverage management with progressive supervisory responsibilities.
• Extensive wine knowledge including purchasing and wine menu development.
• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Top High End Asian Restaurant experience preferred.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to read and interpret complex documents and present to top management.

Responsibilities

• Developing and working with three new concepts and partners.
• Weekly and monthly financial reviews and reporting to internal and external leaders.
• Work with VP of F&B on proforma build-outs for new outlets and budget outline for existing outlets.
• Travel as task force support for upper management.
• Uphold and standardize company policies and operating procedures including training and service standards.
• Ensure maximization of F&B revenues and guest satisfaction in alignment with tribal goals.
• Implement promotional programs focused on revenue growth and cost efficiency.
• Monitor F&B operations for maximum sales growth and profitability.
• Direct department in reconceiving and repositioning F&B concepts and menus.
• Monitor national and regional F&B trends to stay competitive.
• Oversee development of restaurant concepts and kitchen designs.
• Ensure leaders are trained to be trainers and that outlets are properly marketed.
• Drive results through staff development and evaluation.
