Job summary

The Standard Spa, Miami Beach is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage General Manager to lead daily operations across Lido Bayside, Monterrey Bar, Pool, Belle Bar, Café Standard, and events. This role balances financial acumen with hospitality excellence, developing leaders and elevating guest experiences.

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will ensure consistent service standards, lead a high-performing team, manage labor and costs, and drive revenue growth while maintaining brand

Qualifications

• Significant progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience.
• Experience managing managers in a multi-outlet environment is preferred.
• Hotel, resort, lifestyle hospitality, upscale restaurant, or high-volume experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the F&B leadership team across multiple outlets.
• Drive service standards, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Oversee labor, inventory, and cost controls to protect profitability.
• Partner with Culinary and Purchasing on menu and product availability.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and responsible service requirements.
