Job summary

The Graspa Group is seeking a General Manager to lead the food and beverage service staff across facilities, ensuring the highest level of member service during operating hours while maintaining a clean, safe environment and meeting financial goals.

Responsibilities include supervising payroll and administrative duties, enforcing sanitary practices, recruiting and developing staff, and maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hotel/restaurant management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years progressive responsibility in the food and beverage industry.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong leadership and guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to standards to increase sales and minimize costs.
• Complete financial and payroll administrative duties.
• Ensure sanitary practices and a safe environment.
• Maintain restaurant image, scheduling and staffing.
• Recruit, supervise, train and develop staff.
• Prepare schedules and ensure shifts are staffed.
• Engage with the local community and guests.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints.
