Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-year degree in related field with 4 years’ F&B or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains departmental strategies to meet brand service standards.
• Oversees F&B budgets, cost controls, and revenue growth.
• Ensures customer service excellence and staff development.
• Hires and mentors F&B leadership; coaches teams to achieve goals.
