Hyatt’s Dream Nashville property seeks an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to lead the restaurant and event service teams. You will schedule, forecast and train staff, ensuring top hospitality standards across all F&B outlets while upholding safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of F&B management experience, strong organizational and leadership skills, and a collaborative, guest-focused approach to delivering memorable experiences for in-house guests and events.

Formación

• Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred.
• Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred.
• Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel.
• Coordinate scheduling, forecasting and training of staff for F&B operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures.
• Coordinate special events at the hotel and manage guest service excellence.
