Job summary

You will monitor labor costs, costs of goods, and quality, driving guest satisfaction and financial performance while collaborating across departments with a focus on leadership and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in F&B management or hotel operations helpful.
• Ability to train staff and manage scheduling and payroll.
• Knowledge of cost control and budget adherence is desirable.
• Experience with large-scale events and banquets is a plus.
• Proficiency with general computer software and hotel systems.

• Lead and coach team to deliver exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction.
• Organize departmental meetings, training and goal setting.
