Loews Nashville Hotel in Nashville, TN seeks a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead a dynamic team across our dining and beverage outlets. You will supervise staff, maintain quality standards, assist with training, scheduling, and inventory to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of food and beverage experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations and safe food handling practices.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS systems.
• Ability to lift and carry 35+ pounds.
• TABC permit or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned food and beverage outlets to ensure efficiency.
• Monitor service quality, food presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen for timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
• Assist with planning and managing events, banquets, and private functions.
• Greet guests, address inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Gather and analyze guest feedback to suggest improvements.
• Supervise, schedule, and delegate tasks to service staff.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate priorities and promotions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching to maintain service excellence.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels; coordinate purchases.
