Qualifications

• Three to five years of restaurant or hotel F&B leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service, food and beverage operations, sanitation, and cost control
• Proven leadership, communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Micros is beneficial
• Payroll processing or related HR tasks a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates hospitality, guest satisfaction, attention to detail, and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant and outlet operations, maintaining excellent service and efficient team performance
• Provide visible on-floor leadership, coaching colleagues and guiding service throughout guest experience
• Greet and engage with guests, anticipate needs, respond to feedback, resolve concerns
• Uphold food and beverage quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards
• Plan staffing, schedules, and coverage to meet business levels; monitor labor daily
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop colleagues with regular feedback
• Develop high-potential team members and coordinate with HR for progressive discipline
• Oversee opening, closing, and side-work procedures, including station setup and storage
• Manage dining room operations, reservations, seating, and turnover with kitchen and bars
• Monitor supplies and inventory and arrange restocking and cost controls
• Contribute to menu development, pricing, promotions, events to grow revenue
• Review guest feedback and operational results to identify improvements
• Understand outlet impact on property financial goals and drive targets
• Attend management and training meetings; perform other duties as assigned
