Gaylord Hotels, located in Nashville, seeks an experienced F&B outlet leader to manage operations, menus, beverage programs, and guest service excellence. This full-time management role requires strategic budgeting, forecasting, and staff leadership in a dynamic hospitality setting.

You will drive HACCP and OSHA compliance while delivering outstanding guest experiences and executing company-wide beverage initiatives.

Qualificações

High school diploma or GED required; 6 years in F&B, culinary, event management, or related area.
2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 4 years in F&B, culinary, event management, or related area.

Responsabilidades

Leads and initiates F&B outlet operations including marketing, promotions, customer service and inventories.
Manages menu and recipe development and food preparation for the outlet.
Develops beverage programs within company national agreements.
Oversees budget administration, forecasting, and P&L accountability; cost control and inventories.
Manages outlet service and management staff.
Ensures HACCP and OSHA compliance and regulatory guidelines.
