Qualifications

• Prior management experience in restaurants required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage staff and operations of the food and beverage department to deliver high-quality menu items and guest experiences.
• Own financial aspects of operations for the department and align with HHM core values.
• Interview, train, schedule, coach and support associates to meet brand standards.
• Monitor food quality and guest satisfaction; ensure standard recipes are followed.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance across outlets.
• Maintain facility appearance and equipment in good working order.
• Participate in marketing efforts and interact with guests for feedback.
• Manage inventory, forecast usage and ensure adequate supplies.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and OSHA/MSDS standards.
