Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor in Washington, DC to oversee daily operations of our F&B outlets. You will ensure quality, manage associate schedules and performance, and align with HHM standards and EarthView sustainability guidelines.

The role requires supervision experience, knowledge of bar service, and familiarity with POS systems. Expect varied shifts and a dynamic, guest-focused environment within our hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or banquet setting.
• Food service background at server level required.
• Knowledge of bar service and liquor inventory controls required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates to meet brand/hotel standards and HHM values.
• Monitor food quality and guest satisfaction across outlets; ensure consistency and guest-specific preparation.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards are met for guests and associates.
• Interact with guests to solicit feedback on service and food quality.
• Perform service functions during peak periods or staffing shortages.
• Assist with maintaining par levels and inventories of F&B supplies.
