HHM Hotels is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our food and beverage outlets. You will supervise staff, monitor food quality, and ensure guest satisfaction in line with HHM standards.

The role requires coordinating schedules, coaching associates, and maintaining inventory while upholding sanitation and safety requirements. Join a team dedicated to service excellence and sustainable practices.

Competenze

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or banquet setting.
• Knowledge of bar service and liquor inventory controls.
• Experience with Micros point of sale system preferred.

Mansioni

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates to meet brand/hotel standards and HHM values.
• Monitor food quality and guest satisfaction in F&B outlets; ensure consistency and guest specs.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards compliance for guests and associates.
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback on service and food quality.
• Assist with maintaining par levels and inventories of F&B supplies.
