HHM Hotels is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations across outlets, maintain food quality, and drive guest satisfaction while managing associate schedules and performance.

You will coach staff, monitor sanitation, ensure safety standards, handle inventory, and support leadership in delivering consistent hospitality aligned with HHM core values.

This on-site role requires flexibility, weekend work, and a focus on cost controls and teamwork.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or banquet setting.
• Knowledge of bar service and liquor inventory controls.
• Experience with Micro POS system strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates to standards and HHM core values.
• Monitor food quality and guest satisfaction across F&B outlets.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards are met for guests and associates.
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback on service and food.
• Assist with inventory and par levels for F&B supplies.
