HEI Hotels and Resorts invites recent graduates to join the Food and Beverage Manager-in-Training Program, a 12-month accelerated path across outlets, banquets and culinary operations. You will rotate through departments and gain hands-on leadership experience in a premium hospitality environment.

As an MIT participant, you will learn PMS systems, labor management, and guest service excellence while preparing for a long-term career with HEI Hotels and Resorts.

Qualificações

• Recent or current graduate of a hospitality program preferred.
• Flexibility to relocate for placement after completion of the MIT program.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Shadow the leaders within all Outlets, Banquets and Culinary departments.
• Complete shifts in each position within the Outlets at the hotel and in the Banquets department.
• Consistently attend department meetings within the Food and Beverage discipline as well as any leadership meetings at the hotel.
• Become proficient with operating the PMS and all other systems used by F&B
• Utilize labor management tools to schedule and control labor costs.
• Interact positively with customers and take action to resolve problems to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality.
• Understand steps of service for all meal periods.
• Ensure compliance with Food and Beverage Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
