Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in Braselton, GA is seeking a Lead Banquet to oversee service during events and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will manage banquet setup, coordinate with catering and operations, and communicate changes to staff throughout functions.

The role emphasizes strong communication, knowledge of hotel operations, and the ability to work under time constraints in a luxury resort environment.

Formación

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Superior communication skills to interact with guests and hotel leadership.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, safety, budgeting and planning processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Banquet team to deliver outstanding guest experiences at functions.
• Review Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and ensure accuracy for each function.
• Coordinate room sets and service flow with catering and operations teams.
• Communicate BEO changes to relevant departments and staff.
• Oversee banquet service, setup, guest greeting and breakdown.
• Ensure cleanliness and inventory control of banquet areas after events.
