Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to help patients see, look, and be their best. You will support doctors, learn about eyewear options, and deliver a best-in-class patient experience, with training provided.

No optical experience required; you will be trained with tools and product lines to guide selections, explain insurance benefits, and contribute to achieving the office goals in a collaborative, patient‑centered team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing or sales roles; optical industry preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn about industry, products, and services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in eyewear selection using product knowledge.
• Deliver sales plans and meet office goals through patient experience.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients.
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses using provided tools.
• Collaborate with optometrist and team for patient care.
• Support daily office duties and patient flow.
• Communicate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy.
• Provide exceptional customer service to every patient.
