Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear selection using product knowledge to educate on best fit.
• Consistently deliver sales plan and office goals through relationship-based service.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients comprehensively.
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust glasses from a wide eyewear selection.
• Collaborate with Office Optometrist to serve patients’ lens/frame choices.
• Work with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
