Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to join our team. You’ll provide personalized eyecare and help patients see, look, and be their best, with full training provided.

Expect to support the office with weekend/evening shifts and collaborate with doctors to deliver a best-in-class patient experience. No optical experience? No problem—training and tools will be provided to learn our eyewear products and insurance processes.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn eyewear products and services.
• Able to meet office goals with a positive, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and advise patients on needs.
• Assist with eyewear selection using product knowledge.
• Help achieve sales plans and office goals through relationship building.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients.
• Utilize training to fit and adjust eyeglasses from a wide selection.
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
