Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to help patients see and look their best. You will guide eyewear and lens choices, explain insurance benefits, and provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, patient-centric approach. Training is provided to learn our product lines and processes.

You’ll collaborate with doctors and a supportive team to deliver a seamless experience, with some weekend/evening shifts, and opportunities to grow within our trusted vision care network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales position is preferred.
• Proactive problem solving with an entrepreneurial attitude.
• Willingness to learn about industry, products, and services.
• Ability to sell and meet office goals with a positive attitude.
• Friendly, caring, patient-centric demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who collaborates to deliver the best patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear and lens selection using knowledge of product lines.
• Consistently deliver sales goals through cultivating a great patient experience.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients.
• Learn to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses with provided training.
• Collaborate with doctors and team for a seamless patient experience.
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy with patients.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
