Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to provide personalized eyecare and support our doctors and teams in delivering a best-in-class patient experience. Training and tools will be provided to learn eyewear, lenses, and frame options, with some weekend and evening shifts required.

You will help patients select eyewear, explain insurance benefits, and contribute to meeting office goals in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with the optometrist and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Proactive problem-solving with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willing to learn about eyewear industry, products, and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service and advise on needs.
• Assist with eyewear selection and educate on fit.
• Help achieve sales plans and office goals through patient relationships.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients.
• Support optometric tasks in partnership with the Office Optometrist.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
