MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to support doctors and teams, delivering personalized eyecare and a best-in-class patient experience. No optical experience? Training and tools will be provided to learn about frames, lenses, and insurance basics.

You will work with a friendly, fast-paced team, weekend/evening shifts required, and contribute to meeting office goals while helping patients see and look their best.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales role preferred.
• Willing to learn about industry, product, and services.
• Ability to meet office sales goals with a can-do attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection with knowledge of product lines and options to educate on best fit.
• Consistently deliver sales results and office goals through cultivating a patient experience built on relationships and trust.
• Provide patients with a comprehensive explanation of insurance benefits.
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses from our wide selection of eyewear.
• Complete optometric tasks in partnership with our Office Optometrist to best serve the patient and their chosen lenses or frames.
• Collaborate with doctor(s) and team members to provide a seamless patient experience.
• Communicate and demonstrate the MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy while working with patients.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
