Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to help patients see and look their best while supporting our doctors and teams. No optical experience? No problem—training and tools are provided to learn this industry and deliver a best-in-class experience. Some weekend and evening shifts are required.

You will provide exceptional customer service, guide eyewear choices, explain insurance benefits, and work with the Office Optometrist to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales role preferred but not required.
• Willing to learn about industry, products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection with knowledge of product lines.
• Deliver sales plan and office goals through a positive patient experience.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients.
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses with provided training.
• Collaborate with Office Optometrist to serve patients.
