MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to support our doctors and teams in delivering a best-in-class patient experience. You will learn about eyewear products and insurance processes while helping patients see and look their best.

No optical experience? Training is provided; weekend and evening shifts may be required as part of the role. This position reports to the Office General Manager and offers growth within a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales related position.
• Willing to learn about eyewear industry and products.
• Ability to meet office goals with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service and educate on needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear selection using product knowledge.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients.
• Fit and measure eyeglasses following training.
• Collaborate with doctors and team for a seamless patient experience.
