Job summary

MyEyeDr. is hiring an Eyewear Consultant to support our trusted community of doctors and teams, helping patients see, look, and be their best. No optical experience? Training and tools are provided to learn about eyewear products and services while delivering a best-in-class patient experience.

You will work with a collaborative team, provide exceptional service, assist with frame and lens selection, and participate in office duties as needed. Some weekend and evening shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales role preferred
• Willing to learn about eyewear products and services
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to meet office goals with a positive attitude
• Team oriented and patient-focused

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection by educating on options for best fit
• Consistently deliver sales plan and office goals through a patient-centric experience
• Explain insurance benefits clearly to patients
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses using company tools under supervision
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy in every interaction
• Participate in other office duties as assigned
