Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to deliver personalized eyecare by supporting our doctors and teams, learning a lot about eyewear, and helping patients see and live their best lives.

No optical experience? Training and tools will be provided to learn about products, insurance explanations, and patient-focused care. This role requires some weekend/evening shifts and a strong commitment to outstanding service.

• Experience in a customer facing or sales role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection using product knowledge.
• Meet sales plans and office goals through a positive patient experience.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly.
• Learn to fit, measure, and adjust eyewear with company tools.
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Represent MyEyeDr. values and brand in all patient interactions.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
