Job summary

LensCrafters in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service in-store and supervise optical and lab processes. You will guide sales associates, ensure accuracy in fittings, and uphold LensCrafters standards.

Qualifications

HS diploma/GED is required.
Strong optical and retail experience.
Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
Strong communicator and listener.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong basic math skills.
Sales skills.
Problem solving ability.
Familiarity with cash register, computers & calculators.
Leadership and training experience.
Edging and mounting experience.
Basic optics knowledge and optical measurement experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service.
Proactive and solution-driven, accurate execution and product knowledge.
Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations, assist sales associates.
Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
In Lab (if applicable): custom fits glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses.
Support associates to strengthen knowledge and store processes.
