Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house optical team and help people see better. You will become an expert in our brand and glasses, taking measurements and ensuring eyewear meets our standards with accuracy.

You'll deliver outstanding customer service, explain prescription terminology, and collaborate with teammates to provide a best-in-class experience. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and strong growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Passion for eyewear and retail industries.
• Clear, effective communicator who can explain technical terms to customers.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear with accuracy.
• Check eyewear against optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, face fit, and lifestyle.
• Contribute to best practices for sales and customer service across the organization.
• Represent the brand and educate others about Warby Parker's values.
