Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to deliver outstanding patient service at our on-site store location. You will facilitate the flow between clinical services and retail, greet patients, and drive sales while upholding brand standards.

The role requires at least an associate degree or advanced certification and 2+ years of customer service experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Effective communication with diverse groups and good listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport, empathize with patients, and proactively solve problems.
• Collaborative spirit with team, flexible to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Foster partnerships between retail and clinical services teams.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient history and test results in the system.
• Assist management with patient complaints and communicate status of orders.
• Support lab and retail operations, ensuring timely, accurate glasses edging and delivery.
