Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to supervise store teams and support clinical goals under the Clinical Operations Department. You will also serve as Manager on Duty to help achieve store targets in sales and service.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail management or clinical leadership, plus an associate degree or higher. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential in a fast-paced optical retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• An associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, identify needs and inform about products and services.
• Drive sales to meet daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals while delivering service.
• Resolve customer issues and train the team in troubleshooting techniques.
• Supervise Doctor Technicians on diagnostic testing and contact lens care.
• Ensure training guidelines, protocols and HIPAA-compliant standards are followed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
• Oversee inventory and proper protocols for contact lens orders and trials.
