Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience.

• Supervise Doctor Technicians in diagnostics, local mode, and refraction.
• Ensure adherence to clinical standards and HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
• Coach Doctor Technicians and cross-trained staff on lens insertion/removal.
• Oversee contact lens orders, trials, and inventory.
