Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to store team to meet clinical goals.
• Act as Manager on Duty to achieve store goals.
• Ensure training guidelines and HIPAA-compliant patient records are followed.
• Coach Doctor Technicians on diagnostics, contact lens care, and PEG standards.
• Maintain store brand standards and customer service excellence.
