Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to greet patients, support both retail and clinical teams, and facilitate sales with a patient-first approach.

The role requires 2+ years of customer service in a clinical or retail setting and an Advanced credential or associate degree. You will schedule visits, gather medical history, perform basic pre-tests, and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher certification is required or in progress.
• 2+ years of customer service experience delivering outstanding patient care.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.
• Active listening, rapport-building, and empathy for patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers to create a memorable experience and promote available products and services.
• Foster strong partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and collect patient history; perform basic pre-test procedures.
• Assist management with patient concerns and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Maintain brand standards in-store and in the lab area; address equipment or order issues.
• Track delivery times to ensure on-time fulfillment; perform simple repairs and lens edging as needed.
