LensCrafters is seeking a Team Lead to drive exceptional customer service and oversee key optical and lab processes in a retail setting.

The role combines leadership, product knowledge, and hands-on support for customers and staff to ensure high-quality eyewear and a superior shopping experience. This position requires strong interpersonal and retail skills, plus basic optics knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong optical & retail experience.
• Knowledge of current optical theory & merchandise.
• Edging & mounting experience.
• Leadership & training experience.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers & calculators.

Responsabilités

• Ensure LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer Service.
• Assists customers with selections, provides recommendations, assists sales associates.
• Serves as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• Custom fits glasses & precisely place prescription in lenses (Lab).
• Works with associates to strengthen their knowledge, skill, & certification for lens and lab processes.
• Ensures finished eyewear meets optical standards & customer requirements.
