Now Optics, in Fayetteville, NC, is seeking a Doctor Technician to be the friendly first touchpoint for patients and support the seamless transition from clinical services to the retail team. You will deliver outstanding customer service and help create an exceptional patient experience.

You will greet patients, answer questions, schedule appointments, and assist with product information while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patients.
• Positive demeanor and proactive problem solving.
• Flexible scheduling and multitasking in a fast-paced store.
• Interest in technology and optical products.
• Optical experience is a plus.
