You will be the first touchpoint, greet patients, identify needs, and help them understand available products and services.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond high school, or current enrollment in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of customer service experience delivering outstanding service to patients/customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Passion for customer satisfaction with a positive demeanor.
• Proactive problem solving to address patient concerns.
• Results-driven with ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience by collaborating with team members to meet store goals and clinical metrics.

• Answer inquiries and gather necessary information for a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
