Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding patient service and bridge the clinical and retail teams within Stanton Optical stores. You will support diagnostics, contact lens care, and PEG standards while promoting a positive patient experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service experience, an associate degree or higher, and strong communication skills. The role offers an on-site environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience with patients or customers.
• Able to multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group.
• Associate's degree or advanced certification; or ongoing relevant program.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with product and service promotions.
• Coordinate between clinical and retail teams to enhance patient experience.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Assist with basic lens edging and simple repairs.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; handle order status.
• Support calibration and supervision under PEG doctors.
