Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to deliver outstanding patient service, support sales, and foster a strong partnership between retail and clinical teams. You will work closely with Brand Managers and PEG physicians to ensure smooth patient flow and adherence to clinical standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, and a collaborative spirit, with associates degree or higher. On-site role with competitive hourly wages and commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse groups.
• Active listening, empathy and ability to build rapport with patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, identify needs and promote products/services to facilitate sales.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and uphold brand standards.
• Coordinate with retail and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist management with patient communications.
• Maintain patient records securely and HIPAA compliance.
• Meet PEG clinical and store performance goals on a regular basis.
