Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to provide excellent customer service and support the seamless transition from clinical to retail operations within Stanton Optical stores. You will engage with patients, assist with product promotions, and help maintain a high standard of patient experience.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service, strong communication skills, and an associate degree or higher; optical experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups of people.
• Associate degree or advanced certification; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient/customer service in-store, aiding promotions of products and services.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and facilitate sales
• Foster collaboration between retail and clinical teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist with patient complaint resolution.
• Maintain patient records with HIPAA-compliant confidentiality; ensure on-time delivery of orders.
